Are there any born leader?
Are the leaders born or made? Until today, it is among the hot topic among the person who are in one or other kind of business .Well I think the answer is both ‘yes’ and ‘no’. It’s all about how we define leadership.
We know that most talents have genetic basis. Probably leadership too has both learned and unlearned elements. You may be born with born leadership qualities but it also need development of these qualities along with.
It seems like that to become a leader; one should born with one necessary quality that’s intelligence. A leader should be smart enough to make people follow him.
Actually, everyone is born leader to some extent, as for being a leader you atleast need one person to follow you. They usually possess dominating, commanding and influencing qualities. But there is no use of these qualities until you develop them.
A leader is one who can lead their people into a deep chasm. It’s not about where you take them to but how you take them to. But, on the other hand it’s also true that leaders don’t emerge from the womb with all skills to be an effective leader. Everyone has to learn the job.
Leaders learn by their experiences. They improve their skills by getting feedback from their seniors, their peers and subordinates. Good leaders take control of their own development. They learn from the mistakes they have done in their past. They encounter with only one failure and that’s not to learn from their experiences.
Generally, people who assume themselves as born leaders tend to lead people as their birth right. But, we know leadership is not a right but a duty to perform. When the hard times roll, it doesn’t matter what you have done in past but what matters is what you are demonstrating now.
Some people are born with the ability to speak out with rebel. But, one can enhance his influencing ability. Well I honestly think that everyone can be a leader. Some people grow to small-scale and some who are born with some natural talent make the history by becoming a larger than life leader.
